Connections is a recovery support group for adults with mental illness, regardless of their diagnoses. Trained individuals in recovery who understand the challenges others face with mental illness facilitate and lead Connection groups.

Mental Health and Spirituality Support Group:
The NAMI Eastside Mental Health and Spirituality Support Group is for individuals who wish to share their spirituality, life experiences, and coping skills in living with a mental illness. This interfaith group is open to those living with a mental illness or personally affected by it, including family members and loved ones.
We are a friendly and sharing group, open to sharing our spirituality and faith. Hope to see you there!
