The NAMI Eastside Newsletter is delivered four times a year to our members. Each issue contains news, articles, upcoming events, and information about mental illness issues in East King County and elsewhere.

- We now accept paid advertisements and personal dedications. We send our newsletter to over 2000 readers in the community.
